Private Events
Minimum of 50 people. Must be scheduled (paid in full) one week in advance. To book the tube hill on A WEEKDAY BEFORE 4PM please email info@skisnowstar.com or call 309-798-2673.
Snowstar reserves the right to temporarily close, or to cancel or postpone events. Please check the local weather conditions prior to planning your visit. It is the policy of Snowstar to NOT issue refunds for any reason, including weather, travel conditions, injury or illness. All sales are final.
However, guests with reservations can reschedule their planned visit date. Please call the office at 309-798-2673 or email info@skisnowstar.com to reschedule. Have your confirmation/order number available.
